Company Sirena-Travel informs that from February 03,2016 to "Sirena-travel" GDS is installed the updated software for ЕМD issuing as a reference for ticket(s) refund and EМD as reference about using of the ticket segment in the session of airline.
Rules of ЕМD issuing as areference:
· ЕМD issuing is possible, if this procedure provided in carrier's regulations.
· ЕМD is issued at the request of the passenger.
· For each passenger is issued a separate EМD.
· EМD issuing as a referencefor the ticket(s) refund is performed after the operation with the ticket refund.
· EМD issuing as reference about the using of ticket segment(s) is performed after procceding of partial refund or exchange.
EМD printing can be performed:
- by "/code" reason for RFISC;
- from the list of unregistered EMD.
