The system of prompt ticket sales reporting (hereinafter referred to as Online-ticket systems) is designed to automate the processing of financial information and accounting operations with tickets (sale, exchange, refund, etc.) in real time.

When an agent performs operations with a ticket or an insurance policy, the data for Online-ticket system’s server is compiled in Sirena-Travel GDS. The server then generates and stores an XML message that will be sent to the client application run in the agency. The client application of Online-ticket system receives the message and creates a file that is processed by the agent’s software for accounting of sold tickets (sales transactions).

The software for client application of Online-ticket is normally installed in the agency or sub-agency. There are software versions for Windows and GNU / Linux platforms.
