NordStar Airlines took seventh place in the top ten airlines in the Eastern Europe region, becoming one of the five Russian airlines included in the rating of the British consulting agency Skytrax - the leading global evaluator of the quality of services for airlines and airports. The rating is compiled on the basis of an annual survey of airline passenger satisfaction. Due to the long-term crisis in the global aviation industry caused by the coronavirus pandemic, online voting took place for almost two years: from September 2019 to July 2021.
It was attended by air passengers representing more than a hundred countries. They left 13 million verified reviews. The questionnaires were available in English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Russian. The study covered more than 350 airlines around the world. In addition, the airline was included in the additional ranking of the 10 best regional airlines in Europe, ranking eighth among airlines with direct routes to regional centers.
