On 22-25 April 2014 in Grainau ( Germany) took place 4th Annual International Conference for the heads of agencies , traditionally organized by " Sirena-Travel " CJSC (with the support and participation of companies Travelport and Hahn Air). The conference brought together 65 participants. These included more than 40 managers and specialists - from 27 agencies from Russia, among of them four largest agencies and consolidators of Germany. Along with the agents at the conference took part the representatives of technology providers, media, airlines , training organizations , events operators, infrastructure transportations.
At the conference were present reports on current issues and trends of air transportation distribution, as well as related branches of the market. In particular, at the conference made a presentation Mikhail Baskakov, general director of " Sirena-Travel " CJSC, Gavin Teale, Travelport's head of distributor partners in Europe, Dmitry Yakovlev, general director of "Internet Travel " (OZON.travel), Oleg Panteleev, editor-in-chef and executive director of agency " AviaPort " and other speakers. In presentation of Hahn Air took part an executive vice president of the company Simon Riha.
Among the wide range of expert content at the conference specialists of " Sirena-Travel " presented new developments and most in-demand solutions of " Sirena-Travel " for agencies: reports on tools development of booking of international air transportation in " Sirena-Travel " GDS , on modern, convenient and universal booking "engine" Oxygen. To the conference delegates also were presented the opportunities of issuing in "Sirena-Travel " of railways transportation - Russian Railways , Deutsche Bahn, "Aeroexpress ".
"International processing systems” reported about the possibilities of payment technologies in wide terminal network of "Sirena-Travel ". For the first time was presented the report of research laboratory of " Sirena-Travel " on the development of booking technologies in the future.
In the question and answer format and productive dialogue the participants discussed the current issues of the reports on topics and on related aspects of the agency business, acquired new contacts, exchanged the experience.
