Yamal Airlines organized the issuing subsidized air tickets for privileged categories of citizens through the My Documents system of state and municipal services of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
Being a socially responsible company, JSC "Yamal" is actively involved in the program of support for large families, implemented by the authorities of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. Using the capabilities of the PSS Leonardo system, the airline was able to merge its CRM with “ My Documents” system.
Before the introduction of PSS Leonardo, the issuance of subsidized transportation at the airline was rather troublesome. Now, a subsidized flight ticket can be issued at the offices of “My Documents” in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, without visits to additional executive or other authorities, since all the necessary data on children from large families are already in the system.
Since 2018, Yamal Airlines uses of the multifunctional PSS Leonardo platform, a modern airline business management system. The full-scale introduction of all PSS Leonardo components into the business processes of Yamal Airlines not only expanded the company's business opportunities, but also provided the opportunity for full integration with other systems.
