Turkish Airlines flights are open for the sale in Russian reservation system “Sirena-Travel”.
The start of sales was preceded by the signing of cooperation agreement between the Russian company “Sirena” and Turkish Airlines in March, 2019.
At the same time, an agreement was signed with the Transport Clearing House on the entry of the airline into the Russian Air Transport Settlement System (ATSS). This allows the airline to significantly expand its distribution network and commercial opportunities in the Russian market.
Today Turkish Airlines is the largest foreign airline selling tickets in Russia. Access to carrier services is now provided by the country's largest agent network, including more than 7,000 points of sale and more than 19,000 terminals.
Sirena’s CEO Mikhail Baskakov said: “We are always excited about expanding business opportunities. Our task is to repeatedly increase sales so that everyone will benefit from it and the passengers first of all. ”
Turkish Airlines is one of the largest airlines in Europe, operating flights to more countries of the world, than any other carrier. The Russian market is among the top three key markets for Turkish Airlines after Italy and Germany.
