SHIRAK AVIA has implemented Leo PSS

SHIRAK AVIA, the air carrier of the Republic of Armenia and Sirena announce the beginning of a long-term cooperation.

To improve operational efficiency and develop customer service, SHIRAK AVIA will use the Leo PSS passenger service system. Thanks to the close cooperation of Sirena specialists with the professional team of SHIRAK AVIA, the launch of the system into commercial operation was successfully completed on time.

The implementation of Leo PSS allows to automate the business processes of the air carrier and manage the sale of air tickets and additional services as efficiently as possible. The high level of sales from the beginning of the system operation indicates the demand for SHIRAK AVIA transportation in the aviation market.

SHIRAK AVIA is an Armenian airline operating according to the classical model. The aircraft fleet consists of Boeing 737. SHIRAK AVIA LLC was registered in the Republic of Armenia in 2019.

In January 2021, SHIRAK AVIA LLC received an AIR OPERATOR CERTIFICATE number AM AOC 072 from the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia, which changed the status of SHIRAK AVIA LLC to an Airline.

In October 2022, SHIRAK AVIA received the REGULAR COMMERCIAL AIR SERVICES CERTIFICATE number 04 from the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia, which allows the airline to operate regular flights to 12 destinations.

Utair launches a flight program from Ufa to Tashkent for the first time

The first Utair flight from the capital of Bashkiria to sunny Uzbekistan will depart on July 14. Flights will be carried out once a week, on Thursdays, on Boeing 737-800.

Utair launches new international flights from Surgut

In June, Utair launched 2 new international flights from Surgut: to Bishkek and Yerevan.

Smartavia launched a new regular flight Moscow – Krasnoyarsk

Smartavia airline has launched regular flights on the new Moscow-Krasnoyarsk route.

Speaking at the ceremony marking the launch of the new route at Krasnoyarsk Airport, Denis Pomerantsev, Deputy General Director of Smartavia, said: “Under the difficult conditions of economic sanctions, the expansion of the airline’s route network is of particular importance, which gives our passengers the opportunity to continue flying. Pegasus Airlines launches new flights to Turkey from Domodedovo Airport

Pegasus Airlines is launching a new flight program from Moscow Domodedovo Airport to Izmir, the largest city on the Aegean coast of Turkey and the third largest in the Republic. Regular flights will be operated twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

Pegasus Airlines and Domodedovo Airport have been cooperating since 2013. During the joint work, the companies served more than 1.2 million passengers. From the air harbor, the air carrier operates regular flights to Antalya and Istanbul.

The annual Sirena Connect international conference was held for the 14th time

As part of the business part of the program, the participants were presented with reports on trends in passenger traffic during the period of sanctions restrictions and changes in the distribution strategy, in particular, on the results of connecting new sales channels to the Sirena-Travel GDS, Ekaterina Oinlola, the head of the Sirena training group, told .

Pobeda Airlines migrated to the domestic Leonardo system

Sirena announces the successful migration of Pobeda Airlines to the Leonardo passenger service system. The transition was organized jointly with the RT-Project Technologies holding of the Rostec State Corporation and RT-Transcom.
 
The migration to Leonardo was carried out in an unprecedentedly short time and without interrupting the airline's operations, ensuring a high level of sustainability of production processes.

“The system is adapted for each airline, taking into account individual requirements. As a result, carriers receive a competitive Russian service with an increased level of information protection. The solution will preserve critical information and passenger data, as well as avoid failures caused by the possible shutdown of foreign systems. Pobeda Airlines has successfully switched to our system, currently the configuration of individual services is ongoing, but all functions are already available to passengers,” said Alexander Nazarov, Deputy General Director of Rostec.
