Sirena- Travel CJSC , a leading provider of technology solutions for air transportations, took part in the meetings of the two IATA working groups IATA – 21th meeting on reservation (Reservations Working Group - RESWG) and the 8th meeting on the data exchange between airlines and governments concerning passenger data (PNRGOV).

At 21st meeting of the Working Group on reservation participants discussed a wide range of current technical issues and initiatives affecting the implementation of e-ticketing, individual symbols and data parameters, formats and the components of EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document), PNR (Passenger Name Record), data transfer protocols, etc.8th meeting of the working group on standards of the data exchange (PNRGOV) devoted to discussion on various technical parameters of the data exchange.

Participation in working groups of IATA provides for Sirena-Travel an invaluable platform to collaborate with other aviation leaders on mutual concerns and emerging issues. The program allows to contribute to the development of innovative solutions to industry challenges and priorities. November 21-22, 2013 the company "Sirena-Travel", a leading provider of integrated solutions for distribution of air transportation, will sponsor the ninth international conference "Marketing of air transport services."

Sirena-Travel CJSC is traditionally one of the main sponsors of the event in order to to ensure the development of the travel industry, to share expert opinions, to present a comprehensive products of its own distribution complex solutions. In 2013, "Sirena-Travel" will sponsor a conference fifth time (since 2009).

In the conference "Sirena-Travel" will report about statistics of bookings analysis in the global distribution system (GDS) "Sirena-Travel", changes and trends reflecting the general trend in the airline industry.

Within the framework of the "Sirena-Travel International" project development in cooperation with Travelport in terminals and web services of "Sirena-Travel" GDS is implemented the sale of air transportation of 45 new foreign airlines *.

By mid-2013 the project "Sirena-Travel International" hosts the recourses of more than 90 foreign carriers.Sirena-Travel GDS has access to the resource of all Russian and CIS air carriers and allows flights booking of more than 135 international airlines. This provides the agencies to book the routes actually all over the world.

At 2013-end more than 250 agents using 4500 consoles of "Sirena-Travel" GDS booked the air transportation of international airlines. Take note that issuing of foreign air transportation in the framework of "Sirena-Travel International" is implemented by the standard commands and queries, as well as by using GUI "Web.Pointer".

"Sirena-Travel" constantly supports the development of the world's GDS and pursued a policy of coverage a new routes and traveler's services, opening the new geographic markets.

"Sirena- Travel International " project was launched in 2010 by the companies " Sirena-Travel " and Travelport. The project provided the agencies using "Sirena-Travel " GDS , access to the flights of international air carriers, hosted their recourses in Galileo GDS of Travelport.

To date, through the terminals of "Sirena-Travel " project " is available reservations and sales of air transportation of more than 135 foreign airlines on it own stock and on the stocks of interline partners . The project " Sirena- Travel International " allows agencies to manage using the connection to the one GDS instead of several.

The companies " Sirena-Travel " and Travelport also implemented a new phase of the project development " Sirena- Travel International ." In this framework is designed a new solution, that provides access to the international content - through the universal graphical interface to GDS " Sirena-Travel " - Web.Pointer, allowing to proceed sale in " Sirena-Travel " of more than1 00 international airlines in addition to 135 already available in the system . Web.Pointer has a lot of advantages, such as: friendly intuitive web-interface, , operating possible for any levels of staff qualifications, easy installation and operating and etc.

The airline " UTair -Ukraine" launches on-line registration for scheduled flights through the application DCS Astra of Sirena -Travel CJSC.

Ltd. "Airline" UTair -Ukraine " and Sirena-Travel CJSC started the passengers check-in for carrier’s flights through the web application departure control systems "Astra " on the airline's website. Due to the implemented project passengers of "UTair -Ukraine " are able to check-in for regular flights not only at the airport before the flight , but also in advance - no later than 2 hours before departure on the airline’s website.

Within the cooperation between the companies on activating the web check-in through DCS "Astra " for " UTair -Ukraine" was developed and launched boarding pass template, performed by the passenger during web check-in.

System for passenger and baggage check-in "Astra " is used by the airline " UTair -Ukraine" since 2012. To date, it is available to perform check- in for the flights from the international airport Zhulyany. In the near future, the airline plans to activate this service for flights departing from all airports of the route network of the carrier.

The airline "UTair-Ukraine" also uses other complex solutions of "Sirena-Travel" for distribution of air transportation: Sirena-Travel global distribution system (GDS), Charter sale system “MySirena”, Internet-booking engine FORS and other company's services and products.

In addition to the web registration through the functional DCS Astra, "Sirena-Travel” provides also the registration through self check-in kiosks. The number of the passengers, using web application DCS Astra and self check-in kiosks, has increased significantly in compare to the same period in 2012: through the airline’s websites – in 2 times, through the self check-in kiosks – in more than 20% .

The new multi-companies version of Astra DCS (Departure Control System) allows airports to provide the passengers check-in service for flights of airlines , serving at the airport the "Astra" DCS, without installation of check-in kiosk application for each airlines.Thus, a new universal version of Astra DCS significantly reduces the connection time of new carriers with self check-in kiosks, operating at the airports on the platform SITA CUSS.

Automated Departure Control System (DCS) Astra is installed nowadays in more than 160 airports in Russia, CIS and abroad.
In Astra DCS are registered: passengers and baggage of more than 70 airlines, more than 2 million passengers per month (about 70 thousand passengers, 750 flights per day).
The average time of registration procedure for one passenger and baggage in Astra DCS is 20-25 seconds. Astra DCS supports 5 platforms (Ultra Electronics UltraCUSE, SITA CUTE, ARINC iMUSE, RESA CREWS, AirIT EASE), platforms CUSS (SITA). As well APIS- support for Russia , Europe (Czech Republic , Spain , Lithuania , Germany , Italy , Latvia , Estonia) and Asia (China , India).
Astra DCS supports Drop Off function, automatic interaction with weights, baggage sorting systems. The system has links to software systems and services of airports. The system meets all requirements and standards of IATA.

The airline "Transaero" informs about selling through "Sirena-Travel" GDS air transportation within the Commercial Agreement between Transaero Airlines (UN) and the low-cost company easyJet (U2) on the routes between Moscow (Domodedovo) and London (Gatwick).

According to the agreement, Transaero Airlines will distribute a proportion of seats on easyJet flights on the Moscow (Domodedovo) -London (Gatwick) route.

This agreement applies to the flights from October 28, 2013 and air transportation from December 16, 2013 that will be operated under the following codes:

from London UN7401/U28401 and UN7403/U28403

as well as from Moscow UN7402/U28402 and UN7404/U28404.

Please note, the fares on marketing flights UN differ from the fares for its own flights between Vnukovo airport and Heathrow airport.
The fare code (Fare Basis) ibcludes an indicator of airport arrival / departure to London-LGW (Gatwick), for example: IPROWLGW.

Economy class fares only, type OW.
Agents need to check the fares rules before the ticket issuing.

Free baggage allowance: adults and children with a seat - 20kg, children up to 2 years without a seat are not entitled for free baggage. Through check-in of passengers and their baggage is not procceded.
