Sirena-Travel CJSC took part in the International Aviation Forum "Wings of Russia"

Sirena-Travel CJSC, leading provider of complex technology solutions for distribution of air transportation, participated in the International Aviation Forum "Wings of Russia" (11 international conference), which was held on 8-9 October 2013 at Hotel Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre.
Forum has bring together several hundred participants - heads of airlines , aviation industry enterprises , airports, leasing and insurance companies, suppliers of products and solutions for air transport, financial institutions and the media. Among the speakers of Forum were traditionally the heads of airlines, Russian and international experts of air transport , government representatives . This forum gave an excellent opportunity for participants – to communicate with colleagues, who has a unique practical experience.
Sirena-Travel CJSC annually participates in the key events held in Russia and abroad, related to the distribution of air transportation, traveler's products and additional services, in a discussion of the current state of the industry, the main trends in the development of civil aviation.

Sirena-Travel CJSC took part in the summit Travelport e-Volve'13 in Prague

On September 30 - October 1, commercial management of Sirena -Travel CJSC was invited to the summit Travelort e-Volve 2013, which was held in Prague.

Over the last two years regular summits organised by Travelort e-Volve obtained the recognition and set the quality standard for the events in travel industry.

Companies Sirena -Travel and Travelport are longstanding partners and cooperate successfully in the Russian market in the last years. After starting the common project " Sirena- Travel International " in 2010 in the terminals of Sirena -Travel GDS during the last 3 years was performed sales of more than 90 foreign air carriers on their own billing codes and in the codes of interline partners. Today, thanks to integration of new modern high-tech solutions "Sirena -Travel " and Travelport project provides the sales in the Sirena- Travel GDS flights of more than 375 international airlines.

With this new possibility the booking of international content in Sirena-Travel GDS available for an angent without having to install the additional software. The booking of international airlines is available through the terminals (as in command format and a new modern web interface ) , as well as through the web services (online booking) .

Sirena- Travel CJSC regularly takes part in the events of World Travel industry, held by the leading participants of the market - IATA, OAG, TCH , etc. Sirena -Travel steadily expand the participation in key initiatives in order to ensure the development of the industry, to share expert opinions, to implement the priority trends in the new developments. In particular , in order to work closely with the World Air Transport Association and members of IATA, Sirena-Travel participates in the working groups of the Association. The Strategic Partnerships Program is a platform for aviation solution providers to build as well as strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders. Through their participation in various IATA work groups, Strategic Partners gain a unique insight into airlines’ priorities and have the opportunity to be recognized for working together with IATA in serving the air transport industry.

Sirena-Travel CJSC in their development works initially considered the request of IATA Resolution. The leading Russian Global Distribution System “Sirena-Travel» annually provides sales of more than 35 million passengers segments, was developed in accordance with IATA standards and integrated with the international databases on schedule, tariffs, interacts with all distributive systems and e-tickets servers.

Sirena- Travel CJSC , a leading provider of technology solutions for air transportations, supported on a status of sponsor an international conference "Online Travel 3.0" , held in 26-27 September 2013 in Moscow. In event took part about 150 participants of travelers community.
"Sirena -Travel " has presented new possibilities of terminals Sirena- Travel GDS on booking more than 375 foreign carriers . The new functionality is implemented in the terminals Sirena-Travel GDS within the project "Sirena- Travel International " in cooperation with Travelport. The booking of complete international content available with the products of "Sirena -Travel " - without having to install additional software. Reservation of foreign airlines are available from terminals ( as in the command format and a in the new modern web interface ) , as well as through web services ( online booking) .
Modern implementation of " Sirena- Travel International " - an innovative step that combines classic cash terminal " Sirena- Travel" with the newest web technologies - access to the system web content of GDS and with interface for developing of web applications.
The range of "Sirena -Travel " solution includes also: service for air transportations booking (XML- gateway WS-Gate, the system FORS), processing system MyPayments and other solutions.

Sirena-Travel and Travelport organised for Russian, CIS and foreign airlines conference on distribution technologies

On 17-20 September, 2013 in Vipiteno (Italy) by companies Sirena-Travel and Travelport was held the II International Conference for air carriers of Sirena-Travel"and Travelport: "New possibilities for distribution and airlines revenue growth". "Organization of the event was supported by the company Hahn Air.
In the conference took part more than 60 participants, among them about 30 representatives from 19 Russian airlines as well as from CIS and other foreign airlines: "Aeroflot", "UTair", "Siberia", "VIM-Avia", "Orenair", "Ural airlines ", AZAL, Atlasjet Airlines and others.
At the conference were the key product's developers of "Sirena-Travel" for direct communication with customers.
The conference program included a review of main trends in distribution of air transportation, as well as key products offered by "Sirena-Travel" and Travelport for resource management, distribution, sales optimization and revenue growth.
Marina Volodina, the commercial director Sirena-Travel CJSC, opened the conference and presented the main achievements of the company, its main products, announced the programm of the conference. In particular, M. Volodina noted that inventory system "Sirena-2000" hosts the resources of more than 50 Russian and foreign airlines.
Passengers and baggage departure control syste, "Astra" installed nowdays in 160 airports in Russia, CIS and foreign countries. The rate of bookings through Sirena-Travel GDS continue growths and leave behind the market rate. A similar dynamic of growth can be marked for the charter, what consist to date 42%. By the end of 2013, Sirena-Travel CJSC is planning to achieve more than 32 million of booked segments. Status of a strategic partner of IATA contribute the success of Sirena-Travel CJSC, what enables the new opportunities to participate in the development of the global aviation industry.
Robin Ranken, director of Travelport for suppliers in Europe. noted the latest trends in the airline distribution, steadily rising position of Sirena-Travel and Travelport in GDS market in Russia (in particular, in view of the joint project company - "Sirena-Travel International"), presented the priority products of Travelport, available in Russia and worldwide.
At the conference Sirena-Travel for the first time presented its comprehensive management airlines platform - Leonardo. PSS Leonardo (Passenger Service System) aims to provide the traveler all the possible services available to the airline, at any time and anywhere in the world. During the conference to the participants were presented the concept and architecture of Leonardo, as well as the individual components of the system - the latest inventory system Leonardo.Inventory and revenue management system Leonardo.Revenue, already well-known Russian airlines for the successful introduction and signed contracts.
II International Conference "Sirena-Travel" and Travelport within three days of presentations provided the participants with relevant information, recommendations for improvements of distribution. Participation in the conference gave an opportunity to re-evaluate a potential in order to improve the air service and passenger service in their regions.

1. Airline ORENAIR informed about the changes from October 01, 2013. The procedure for calculation of cash settelments be refundable if a class of service have to change. 2. Sirena-Travel GDS launched the ticket sales for Oreanair's flights from Barnaul and Omsk to Germany for the spring-summer season 2014.

Omsk - Dusseldorf - Omsk from May 17 on Saturdays, and from 30 May on Fridays;
Omsk - Hanover - Omsk from May 18 on Sundays, and from 12 June on Thursdays;
Barnaul - Dusseldorf - Barnaul from June 16 on Mondays.

Airline ORENAIR in cooperation with the German railway "Deutsche Bahn" offers to the passengers Rail & Fly service. E-ticketing of combined transportations are available through "Sirena-Travel" terminals.
